Grassy Cove has a fine mountain view of Robinson Cove Ridge, Boyd Cove Ridge, Little Sandy Mush Bald, and Wilson Ridge. From your porch you're also looking out at the horses grazing on the Homesite Pasture. Grassy Cove sleeps up to 8 with its two bedrooms, big sleeping loft, and baths upstairs and down, and is designed with younger children in mind. It's just above the Games Lawn so parents can watch their kids from the porch, and it's the closest cabin to the footpath to the Barnhouse. Set in a stand of Black Walnuts, you can gather a bounty in the fall. You'll also love the huge stone steps that lead to your cabin. Grassy Cove will be available for rental in 2011.

This cabin has two Queen bedrooms, a loft with two Twin beds and full standing headroom, an auxiliary bed (Queen raised Premier Aerobed), and two full baths.

Rental Includes: Full furnishings; completely equipped kitchen; linens; paper goods; cleaning supplies; and firewood. Also included: Randall Glen amenities including trout fishing; bluegill pond for sport fishing; hiking & biking trails; interactive farm; game room with billiards, air hockey, ping pong, & Foosball; fitness center with cardio, free weights, machines, & boxing; entertainment library; bonfires & cookouts; games lawn with volleyball, badminton, tire swings, lawn games, & sledding hill; picnic areas; living history demonstrations; creek with “sliding rock” swimming hole. Horseback riding, gem mining, gift shop, and general store are additional according to usage.

NIGHTLY RATES and CLEANING FEE:
A fee of $115.00 for cleaning the cabin, laundering the sheets, towels, etc, and emptying and cleaning the hot tub upon your departure will be added to the charges for your rental for stays of less than 7 nights. If you stay for 7 nights, the 7^th night is free and there is no cleaning fee.
