We milk our Nubian goats as well as our cows. Like the Jersey cow, the Nubian is the “Rolls Royce” of dairy breeds. They don’t make the biggest quantity, but they have the best quality milk, very mild flavored and rich. Goat milk is highly sought after because it’s so digestible–babies that can’t digest cow’s milk flourish on goat milk. And fans of goat milk love its distinctive flavor!
