We’ve got some regulars who are completely addicted to our Smoked Chicken Breast Sandwich, and no wonder. We brine the chicken with our own herbs and slow smoke it with our own hickory. Then we cut it into nice thick slices and serve it warm on our homemade Farmhouse bread. You won’t believe how good it is! Another of our favorite treats comes in the Spring, when our asparagus bed is booming—Smoked Chicken Breast and Asparagus Salad!
